Delivery Policy
All orders are subject to product availability in Enarat. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Return Policies
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase with Enarat, you can either return your order for a full refund, and the shipping cost will not be refunded.. You can return your purchase within 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. When returning a product, the value of the product will be refunded the same way the original payment was made, however shipping cost will not be refunded.
In case of a request to return a product from your order that has been paid by any of the installment methods, the entire order will be returned and the full amount will be refunded, not part of it, and the shipping value deducted from the total order.
Exchange Policies
If a product replacement is required, the return policy can be applied within 14 days provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
If the product is installed within 14 days of receiving the original order and manufacturing defects are discovered, maintenance will be performed up to a maximum of three times to ensure the product’s safety.
If the manufacturing defect persists in the product after three attempts, the product will be replaced with another of the same product, and it is not permissible to replace it with a different product.”
